Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 788bd platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment services and any other features or content made available through 788bd.ws (the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 788bd ("the Operator", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise making use of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 788bd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this agreement. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable law, only that conflicting provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to comply, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

1Eligibility and Registration

To register and use 788bd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements. Registration constitutes your warranty that you meet each requirement listed below. 788bd reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any time.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access and use online casino and sports betting services in your jurisdiction.
• You must register in your own legal name and provide accurate personal details including your full name, date of birth and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 788bd account. Creating a second account to circumvent a suspension or ban constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be acting as an agent or on behalf of any third party. All betting and casino activity must be conducted solely for your own personal entertainment.

788bd reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Account verification (KYC) may be required before deposits, withdrawals or bonus activation are permitted. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

788bd supports a range of payment methods tailored for Bangladeshi players. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the following terms. 788bd reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

• The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed in your account at the time of withdrawal.
• Deposits and withdrawals may only be processed via payment methods registered in your own name. 788bd does not accept third-party payments. Withdrawals will be returned to the same account used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, City Bank, Visa and Mastercard. Available methods may change from time to time and the current list will always be displayed on the Platform.
• 788bd does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are advised to check their bKash, Nagad or bank's fee schedule independently.
• Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours. Processing times vary by payment method. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within one hour during operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days.
• 788bd reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Where KYC verification has not been completed, withdrawals will be held pending completion of the verification process.

Funds held in a 788bd account are player funds and are segregated from operational funds. 788bd does not use player funds for operational expenditure. In the event of account closure, verified balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or pending KYC verification.

5Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted through 788bd, including cricket, football, kabaddi and all other markets. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after submission except where an obvious system error has occurred, which 788bd will investigate and resolve at its sole discretion.
• 788bd reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time the bet was placed, or where the odds were published in error.
• In the event that an event is abandoned, postponed or shortened, settled bets will be governed by the applicable rules for that sport or competition as stated in the Platform's betting rules, which may result in bets being voided or settled on partial results.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per day and per player may apply. Current limits will be displayed in the betting interface. 788bd reserves the right to limit stakes or payouts for any player at any time without providing a reason.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. 788bd accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to a market suspension, connection issues or technical interruption during in-play betting.

7Responsible Gaming

788bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players manage their gambling activity. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

• All 788bd accounts include access to deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders and a loss limit tool. Players are encouraged to set these limits proactively.
• Players may request a temporary time-out (24 hours to 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion through the account settings panel or by contacting 788bd support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• 788bd will not send promotional communications to any player who has applied a self-exclusion or who has opted out of marketing communications. Players under self-exclusion may not be eligible to reclaim pending bonuses.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 788bd excludes all liability for losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. The following exclusions apply in particular.

• 788bd is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, even if 788bd has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• 788bd does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages and force majeure events may affect Platform availability. 788bd accepts no liability for losses caused by Platform downtime or service interruption.
• The Platform integrates games and content from third-party providers. 788bd is not responsible for errors, malfunctions or interruptions originating in third-party game software. Where a verifiable technical malfunction has affected the outcome of a game, 788bd will investigate and resolve the matter at its sole discretion, which may include voiding the affected round.
• Where 788bd's liability cannot be excluded by law, 788bd's maximum aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

11Amendments to These Terms

788bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — 788bd will provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to registered players. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review the current version of these Terms periodically. The date at which these Terms were last updated will always be displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
